Amanda started 315 Beauty Bar in 2019 but the dream had been planted since she was young. Patience and timing were everything to make this happen. She has a BS from SUNY Cortland and taught cosmetology for a number of years. The beauty industry is her passion! She has worked in salons all across the Northeast and has educated for a popular salon brand. Her experience is what sets her apart as a salon owner and she highly values education to remain up to date with the latest techniques. Her expertise is in blondes and balayage but she also loves making total transformations! Her hobbies include time spent with her husband and two dogs, and she also enjoys doing home decor and design!

Jenn has been in the industry for over 16 years and has loved every moment. Her attention to detail is flawless which you will see during her in depth consultations.  She enjoys creating custom color combinations for each client based on their needs and desires. Jenn is a certified Goldwell Master Colorist and has expertise in other professional color lines including Paul Mitchell and Redken. Elaina has been doing hair for 10 years and her passion only gets stronger. Education and social media marketing are some of her strongest assets. When she's not physically doing hair, you can find her watching videos to improve her technique, traveling for classes, and tagging posts of her incredible work. Elaina specializes in balayage and creating that lived in look for those looking for lighter dimension and hair that grows out perfectly without having that 4 week touch up appointment. Danielle has worked behind the chair for 14+ years and has a client retention like none other. Her gentle personality puts you at ease as she formulates the perfect color and cut combination to suit your wants and needs. She listens thoroughly in order to come up with the best plan of action and she stays current with the latest trends and techniques. Angela graduated from Continental School of Beauty in 2018 and worked as an assistant for almost a year where she was able to grow her skill and soak up knowledge from the stylists around her. Ang is full of personality, never afraid to jump right in and loves learning. Her passion behind the chair is working on blondes. She uses the latest techniques to achieve your desired results including balayage, color melting and foil work and uses both Goldwell and Redken colors. With Ang as your stylist, you will absolutely enjoy your time in her chair, leave with beautiful hair, and have lasting results!

Heidi has been in the beauty industry for 20 years but the last 15 were spent behind the chair doing hair; her true passion. Being surrounded by women who are so passionate about hair has brought out a fire she never knew existed. Heidi has spent the last 3 years training in balayage and blonding. This is such a special technique because it is organic and customizable to each individual. Waking up every day to do what she loves has changed her outlook on life. Sending clients out the door feeling beautiful and confident is her goal.

Alicia comes with 12+ years of experience in the hair and beauty industry,  having had her hands in almost everything beauty related. She loves learning new techniques, creating vivid color looks and undergoing full transformations. If you're looking for someone to revive and/or color correct your hair, Alicia is your girl! Tyler has been doing hair for 9 years. She is passionate about custom coloring and bringing her clients dreams to reality. As someone who loves helping others feel their best, Tyler found her niche transforming her clients hair behind the chair. Staying up to date on the top trends and techniques allows her to excel in balayage as well as tape-in extensions.

Gabby thrives on learning different techniques and trends that broaden her skills and challenge her professionally.
